Map out your goals and needs
Tailor make your respite experience by choosing from activites or creating your own
Request pick up and drop off
I will send through a quote to your plan manager
Once the quote is approved
Service agreement is signed
You are offically booked in for your stay so you can start looking forward to it!

Example 24 timetable

12.30pm - pick up, arrive and settle in, chat about your goals for your time at respite
2pm - choose crafts or other activites to do such as hiking/craft or DBT skill building
3.30pm - afternoon tea
5pm - sit on the deck and chat
6pm - Dinner
7pm - board games or movies
9.30pm - wind down meditation/mindfulness activity
10pm - bed
7 - 8am - wake up yoga, movement/walk
8 - 9am - Breakfast
10am - out and about activity /art creation or DBT skill building
11am - morning tea
11.30am - discuss whether your goals were reached and whats next for you
12.30pm - check out and dropped home
