personalized NDIS respite and support in picturesque Sunshine Coast Hinterland
🌈 Hi, I’m Celestine Fedley! 🌈
For the past six years, I’ve been dedicated to working in the disability sector, providing empathetic, person-centred support that ensures my clients feel seen, heard, and truly understood.
With a Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my approach. A big part of my own mental health journey has been healing through art and craft — discovering the calm, focus, and joy that comes from making something beautiful with my hands.
I love weaving that same creative energy into my work, offering women the chance to experience art and craft not only as a form of self-expression but as a tool for mindfulness, healing, and empowerment.
My goal?
To help every client walk away relaxed and at peace, with more confidence, new life skills, and a stronger belief in their ability to create the life they want.
Because you deserve to shine! 🌟
At Inner Knowing Respite, we provide affordable and personalized respite care in the serene Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Our focus is on supporting women who are ready to embrace positive change, develop life skills, and build the confidence to live independently and advocate for themselves.
Creativity and mindfulness are at the heart of our approach. Through healing practices such as art, craft, and mindful reflection, women are invited to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and discover new ways to regulate emotions, set meaningful goals, and navigate life’s challenges with calm and clarity.
Inner Knowing Respite is more than just a support service; it’s a nurturing pathway to personal transformation. Here, women are given the guidance, community, and resources they need to thrive — not only as individuals, but as empowered voices within their families and communities.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Nutrition and postgraduate study in Lifestyle Medicine, focusing on simple changes in nutrition, movement, and stress management.
I’ve completed Level 3 Wellness Coaching and Meditation Teacher Training, and I now work at Life Mental Health, as well as running Inner Knowing Respite and Support Services.
I use DBT skills to help clients self-support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness.
I also hold a Cert IV in Mental Health Peer Work, which allows me to combine evidence-based practice with lived experience to help clients strengthen body, mind, and spirit.
